SadaBot a product of CODE NUTS العربية

Sub-processors

Last updated:

This service is operated by CODE NUTS for Software Development — كود ناتس لتطوير البرمجيات — referred to in these documents as “CODE NUTS” or “we”.

These are the service providers CODE NUTS uses to run SadaBot. They are listed here, on their own page, so that keeping the list accurate is a routine update rather than an amendment to a legal document — this page carries its own date, and changing it does not restamp the Privacy Policy.

For end-customer conversation data the subscribing business is the controller and CODE NUTS is the processor, so the providers below are that business's sub-processors. For business account data, where we are the controller, they are our processors. Both roles are explained in section 1 of the Privacy Policy.

Each is used only to the extent needed to run the service, under a contract requiring it to protect the data. We do not sell personal data and run no advertising.

Infrastructure

ProviderWhat it does for us
Our hosting and infrastructure provider Runs the servers and databases that store the data.
Our email delivery provider Sends account email such as invitations, notifications, and conversation transcripts requested by a visitor.

Messaging channels

These are the platforms the messages themselves travel over. A business connects the ones it already operates.

ProviderWhat it does for us
Meta Platforms Delivering and receiving messages on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
Telegram Delivering and receiving messages on Telegram.

AI providers

These index a business's knowledge content so that relevant passages can be retrieved. Drafting replies and summarising conversations run on the AI provider each business connects with its own account, described below.

ProviderWhat it does for us
OpenAI Converting knowledge content into the numerical representations used to retrieve it.

Providers a business connects itself. A business can connect its own account with an AI provider and have its AI features run there. A provider used that way is engaged by the business, under the business's own agreement with it. It is not our sub-processor for that processing, even where it appears in the list above for another purpose. OpenAI stays on this list because we use our own OpenAI account to convert a business's knowledge content into the numerical representations used to retrieve it, whichever provider the business uses for its AI features.

On training. We do not train our own models on your data. For processing done on our own accounts, AI providers process it under their own terms, and we select the plans and settings under which customer data is not used for the provider's own model training. We cannot control a provider's terms, so if one changes materially we will update this page.

Billing

ProviderWhat it does for us
Stripe Subscription payments for business accounts. Card details go to Stripe directly; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Where these providers operate

Some of the providers above process data outside Egypt, including in the United States and the European Union. Where such a transfer is subject to data-protection law, we rely on the safeguards that law provides, such as standard contractual clauses in our agreements with them.

Changes to this list

We update this page when a provider is added, removed or replaced, and change the date at the top. We will notify subscribing businesses of material changes. If you object to a new sub-processor, write to support@sadabot.com.
